Hey guys, one of the most frequent questions I get is how to get rid of that annoying“lower pooch” or the ”lower donut” that girls commonly get.
It’s REALLY hard to get rid of but this is one of the BEST exercises to work your entire stomach and will help get rid of it!
I don’t know about you, but i don’t want a greasy donut IN MY STOMACH or ON MY STOMACH!
Yes, they’re painful… BUT WORTH IT!

I went to Victoria’s Secret today, and bought  not one but 2 new bikini’s for summer!!!

Getting Fit: How to get rid of belly fat.


A combination of strength training and aerobic exercise along with the right nutrition plan is the best way to get rid of that stubborn stomach fat. Muscles burn extra calories. The more muscle you carry on your frame, the more calories you burn in a 24 hour period which translates into extra fat burning power.

Sit-ups and other abdominal exercises will allow you to tone your belly and give the appearance of a slimmer waist. You will be able to hold your stomach in better, but the fat will still be there. Sit-ups and other abdominal exercises are useful in building the abdominal muscles , but they have little effect on the adipose tissue located there.

Cardio exercises are great but don’t just stick to them exclusively. Do more of a whole body workout along with the running. By getting more muscle groups involved you will increase your metabolism faster. This will help burn off the fat faster.

Do various forms of squats, lunges, deadlifts, clean & presses, snatches, swings, presses and pulls, mountain climbers, sprinting, etc.

A program of exercises to get rid of belly fat would encompass a much higher percentage of the body instead of abs exercises directly targeting the midsection. The way you combine these full body exercises into a strategic workout that maximizes your metabolism is also very important.

4 Steps to Flattening Your Abs

  • Mix up your exercises!: Sticking to generic crunches will not cut it! Try different ab exercises to spice things up, and keep different muscles working. 
  • Lose weight first: It’ll be much easier to see results if you have less body fat! So, first concentrate on losing the weight, and then focus on the abs. 
  • Cut out liquid calories: LIQUID CALORIES ARE THE DEATH OF PEOPLE!!!! Even some really really healthy drinks can rank in hundreds of calories! Before drinking, check all of the nutritional info, and don’t forget to look at the serving size! 
  • Reduce empty calories!: Empty calories are calories with no beneficial qualities for your health (candy, chips, JUNK, etc.). Cut them out! They cause headaches, mood swings, and FAT!
